Maulavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administration, said in a ceremony on the occasion of August 15, the fourth anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Emirate, that more than three million Afghan refugees have been expelled from neighboring, regional and European countries and returned to the country in the past three years. He added, “We do not interfere in the internal affairs of any country and we do not allow others to interfere in the internal affairs of Afghanistan.”
Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administration, added in a ceremony on the occasion of August 15, the fourth anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Emirate, that 35 towns have been built in 25 provinces of the country for the returned refugees.
He called on Afghan refugees living in foreign countries to return to Afghanistan and contribute to the development of the country.
Maulvi Abdul Salam Hanafi says that the officials of the previous administration are living in complete comfort in the country based on the general amnesty decree.
Mr. Hanafi added that the Islamic Emirate is committed to the rights of all officials of the previous administration in Afghanistan and will not allow anyone to oppress another based on past differences.
He clarified that the government is committed to raising the orphans of the soldiers of the previous administration and is considering special programs for their education.
Stating that the Islamic Emirate wants good relations with all countries, especially neighboring countries, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Islamic Emirate will not allow any individual or group to pose a threat to the security of others from Afghan soil.
He said that we do not interfere in the internal affairs of any country and we do not allow others to interfere in the internal affairs of Afghanistan and we want to have good relations with all countries of the world as an economy-oriented country.
On the other hand, Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, said that general amnesty, implementation of Islamic Sharia, ensuring nationwide security, and strengthening the central government have been important measures of the Islamic Emirate in the past four years.
Mr. Muttaqi made these remarks in a program on the occasion of Asad 14, the fourth anniversary of the conquest of Afghanistan.
He also called the creation of a unified military force, ending islands of power, combating drugs, securing the budget from domestic revenues, and maintaining the stability of the Afghan currency among the important achievements of the Islamic Emirate.
Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi emphasized that oppression and injustice in the country have been prevented by the rule of the Islamic Emirate.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs called the conquest of Afghanistan a great victory for the entire Afghan nation, adding that the Afghan nation liberated Afghanistan with empty hands and by making countless sacrifices, and currently, Islamic Sharia is being implemented in the country.
