In a powerful expression of regional unity and Islamic solidarity, Hojjat-ul-Islam Syed Jawad Naqvi, Director of Jamiat Al-Urwa Al-Wuthqa in Lahore, Pakistan, conveyed heartfelt congratulations and firm support to Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, Director of Iran’s Islamic seminaries, following what he called the “divine victory” of the Islamic Republic in the recently concluded twelve-day conflict.
In an official message, Syed Naqvi hailed Iran’s steadfastness in the face of global pressures and aggression, particularly from the United States and the Zionist regime, praising the resilience of the Iranian nation and its leadership under Ayatollah Imam Khamenei.
“The power and authority of Islamic Iran stunned the world and brought honor and greatness to the Islamic system,” Naqvi said. “It also strengthened the unity and resolve of the Islamic Ummah.”
Framing the recent conflict as an extension of the ongoing global confrontation between the “oppressed and the arrogant,” the message emphasized the historical and ideological roots of the Islamic Revolution, describing it as a source of awakening and resistance for the world’s oppressed, particularly the people of Palestine.
Quoting the Qur’an, the message drew parallels between contemporary events and sacred history, underscoring the belief that divine support accompanies patience and perseverance in the face of tyranny.
“With divine will, wise leadership, and the sacrifices of the soldiers of Islam, the sinister plots of global arrogance were once again defeated,” Naqvi stated. “The false image of Israel and its Western backers was exposed before the world.”
He reaffirmed the enduring commitment of Pakistani seminaries, scholars, and the broader population to the values and goals of the Islamic Revolution, stating that they have always stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the Iranian people and will continue to offer unwavering political, religious, and moral support.
“We remain fully devoted to the ideals of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei,” he said. “In every era of hardship, we have stood by Iran—and will continue to do so, ready for any sacrifice in defense of religious and revolutionary values.”
Naqvi also pledged that Al-Urwa Al-Wuthqa will continue its mission of promoting the thought of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader, expanding the cultural and ideological influence of the Islamic Revolution across Pakistan and beyond.
The message concluded with prayers for the continued strength and longevity of Ayatollah Khamenei and the final triumph of truth over falsehood.
