Al-Qassam Brigades: During a complex ambush, Al-Qassam fighters succeeded in targeting two Zionist armored personnel carriers with martyrdom-operation IEDs planted inside their command compartments, causing both carriers and their crews to burn.
Afterward, our fighters targeted a third Zionist APC with a “Yassin 105” shell in the area of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Our fighters then monitored a military excavator burying the vehicles to extinguish the flames, followed by the landing of helicopters for evacuation.
FYI: An APC carries a commander, a driver, an RCWS operator, and 9 troops, totaling 12 personnel.
