Units of the Syrian Arab Army discovered a tunnel network during the combing work that targeted the liberated neighborhoods in Ain Tarma town in Eastern Ghouta while trying to secure civilians inside their houses in the town.
The Syrian Army units combed on Saturday the neighborhoods that were restored yesterday, defusing many of explosives and mines planted by terrorists before they retreated due to the military operation launched by the Army against terrorists in Eastern Ghouta on the suburbs of Damascus, a report by the Syrian news agency, SANA, said from the Ain Tarma town.
The Army units discovered a place used by terrorists to manufacture shells and explosives as well as a tunnel network branched beneath houses of the towns.
