Prominent Pakistani religious leader has called for ending Saudi control of Haramain Sharifain and Hajj ceremony management and stressed that Hajj must be preformed in a free, safe and secure atmosphere.

Allama Amin Shaheedi, senior leader of Majlis Wehdat Muslemeen (MWM), expressing his views at a seminar organized by Cultural Consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Islamabad on the first anniversary of Mina disaster, said that all Muslims should raise a strong voice so that they can perform Hajj in a free environment.

He said that a conspiracy is going on to destroy real face of Islam. He added that Islam is not just a religion but a complete code of life.

“Unfortunately the Haramain Sharifain is right now under the control of a puppet government of the western powers,” the religious leader said. He added that after the breakup of Othman Empire some Arab robbers were given the control of Islamic holy sites.

“Haramain Sharifain is facing threat from these Saudi rulers, Haramain Sharifain is not the private property of Al-e-Saud,” Amin Shaheedi leader said.

Allama Amin Shaheedi said that today these puppets of western imperialist forces are trying to destabilize Muslim world through their dangerous moves. “They have created Daesh and Al-Nusra in Syria, Boko Haram in Africa and many terrorist groups in Pakistan,” he said.

He said that division in the Muslim world is in the interest of the US and the Takfiri approach is in the interest of Saudi Arabia. “We need to revive the wisdom of Islam in Muslim world,” he added.

MWM leader went on to say that Hajj is an event that shows that Muslims are very strong and united. He strongly believed that Al-e-Saud is the biggest hurdle in the unity of Muslim world.

The religious leader added that last year’s Mina disaster is a clear example of aggression on innocent people and Saudi inability to organize such an event.
He called upon the Muslims around the world to raise a strong voice to end the Saudi control on Haramain Sharifain so that the Muslims can perform Hajj in a free environment.

“Saudis are generating billions of dollars from Hajj and they are using this money to carry out military operations on innocent people of Syria and Yemen, which should be condemned” he said.
