In a new heroic operation in Occupied al-Quds, a knife-wielding Palestinian wounded two “Israeli” police officers on Friday. One officer was wounded in the neck and the other in the hand, according to a police spokeswoman.
Police launched a major search in the Old City and surrounding areas for the Palestinian man, who fled, she said.
According to “Israeli” sources, “the Lions’ Gate entry was blocked and checkpoints were deployed to locate the suspect.”
The preliminary investigation determined the Arab suspect stabbed the “Israeli” police man with a knife. Another officer struggled with the Palestinian man, and another guardsman was wounded in the attempted arrest.
