Moroccan Minister of State Abdellah Baha died in a railroad accident, Morocco’s Interior Ministry said in a communique.
The accident occurred in the vicinity of Bouznika in North-central Morocco. No additional details were provided immediately. They will be given after the investigation is completed, Maghreb Arab Press news agency reported.
Baha was a leader of the ruling moderate Islamist party – the Justice and Development Party, which won the latest parliamentary elections in the country in November 2011.
