Aleppo: Huge Blast in Turkish Military Convoy Reported after Syrian Army Targets Column


A huge explosion was heard from the Turkish military column in Southern Aleppo after a convoy of the Turkish army vehicles came under heavy artillery shelling by the Syrian Army on Tuesday, a Russian media outlet reported on Wednesday.

The Arabic-language website of RT reported that a bomb-laden vehicle went off along a road from which the Turkish troops were retreating from Southern Aleppo via al-Artab region under the heavy fire of the Syrian Army’s artillery and missile units on Tuesday.

RT further said that fuel tankers were set ablaze by the explosion and later several military vehicles were damaged and a number of Turkish soldiers were killed or wounded.
